I’ve been able to sense energy for as long as I can remember. First as a child, before I had language for it, and later as something I learned to listen to more intentionally.
My work is about creating space to sit with yourself. To slow down and listen to what’s already there without trying to fix it or make it mean something right away. I work with different energy healing modalities, simple ritual, and embodied practices that can live anywhere in your life.
Ritual, for me, is a way of moving through the world with attention. It’s the way you meet yourself in the quiet, the way you learn to come back to yourself when things don’t go as planned. Life, when you’re listening, is already one long ceremony.
People come to this work when something is shifting, when they’re in between versions of themselves, when the ground feels unfamiliar, or when they realize they’ve been moving too fast to hear their own voice. Together, we create a space to meet what’s here, to hold it, and to practice doing that again and again.
Over time, something steadies. You begin to recognize yourself as the place you can return to, the one who can witness, contain, and care for what arises.
